I wanted take a moment to introduce a very special helper friend that I take along to photo sessions with me. I call him Moose. And…well…he’s a moose!
No matter what kind of session I’m in, I always have Moose with me. For newborns, he helps me test lighting and setup. With babies, he gives kisses and tickles toes. He can be a soft and delicate moose when he needs to be.
But where he really shines is with kids! This guy knows ALLLL kinds of tricks to help loosen up the whole family and get kids engaged in the session. Participation and kindness is key. If kids get too wild, he gets a little nervous. And if tricks just aren’t your style, that’s okay. No matter what, though, he’s there in the background, cheering me on.
I wanted to start this segment called “Moose on the Loose!” to show a little behind the scenes work while Moose goes on these adventures. He’s such a floppy, fluffy, fun-loving moose. I hope you stick around to watch his next adventure!
